*About our video courses: students will watch a pre-recorded video lesson each week and use in conjunction a course packet for the weekly lesson; they will also be assigned a practice buddy and will meet with this person each week to practice the material. Aside from the videos, there is no further instruction from your teacher, so these courses are for students that are self-motivated and will practice frequently during the week, on their own and with their assigned buddy. The scheduled weekly class (above) will be live on zoom, and will provide students a chance to ask their teacher questions, and to practice the material with other students in breakout rooms. (Max 16 students per group.)
PLEASE NOTE: Upon registering, you'll receive a confirmation email via PayPal, but not from VSC. You won't receive any communication from us until the week before classes start. At that time we will email you with pertinent course information and materials. If the minimum number of students is not met (6 for in-person, 10 for online) once enrollment closes, we will email you with other options, including a refund.
NEW STUDENTS (PRIOR EXPERIENCE): If you have experience with Spanish and would like to join a class for Winter quarter, you'll first need to complete an assessment call so that we can get you placed into the right level. RETURNING STUDENTS: If you took a class in Summer (but not Fall), you can sign up for the next level, unless you feel you need to repeat. If your last class was in Spring or before, please sign up for an assessment. Gracias :) NEW WITH LITTLE TO NO EXPERIENCE?
